Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, mail or email. PFS accepts Visa/Mastercard, faxed purchase orders or verbal purchase orders. Telephone orders may be placed between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday
Orders received before 12:00 PM Monday-Wednesday are shipped the next day. Orders received on Thursday and Friday are shipped the next Monday (holidays excluded)
All shipments are FOB San Diego. The shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Any problems that arise during shipment of product should be reported to Phoenix Flow immediately upon receipt of product.
Terms and conditions of sale: Payment for goods, services, and shipping are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment may be made using check, Visa, Mastercard, or electronic transfer. A late payment charge of 1% per month may be added to all amounts more than 30 days past due. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Phoenix Flow Systems , Inc. (hereinafter, PFS) warrants that its products will perform according to the information provided in various publications that it distributes, and as described herein for the intended shelf life of the product when stored under the conditions prescribed by PFS. If any product does not perform according to the published information provided by us, PFS will replace the product free of charge to the original customer. The remedy of product replacement shall be the customers' sole and exclusive remedy for defective product, unless PFS is unable to deliver replacement product, in which case PFS shall reimburse the customer for the purchase price of the defective product. Customer understands that the foregoing limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and PFS hereby disclaims all other warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for adequacy for any particular purpose or use. PFSI shall not be liable to customer or to any party claiming through customer for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, or lost business, whether arising out of contract, tort, or otherwise.
